First off the female secretary is very rude and unhelpful each and every time myself, my fiancé and my father( who originally referred us to here). The agency has been sold and they have failed to notify us about an issue with our policy regarding our roof which left us guessing and was given a deadline to replace a roof with no written or digital notice.
