I worked with Alyssa Anthony and she has been absolutely phenomenal to work with. She ended up getting me better coverage and deductibles than my previous insurance company and at a much lower cost! She went above and beyond and has excellent communication and customer service. I recommend her to everyone I know that is looking for different insurance!

Brian was great every time I talked to him I talked to a female about my bill and she was rude and kept cutting me off telling me I didn’t pay my full amount the months before which wasn’t the case she kept cutting me off and talking over me. Then when I tried to call back to talk to someone else they kept putting me on hold and not answering.

I am satisfied with allstate. But not yet able to get the app on my laptop and having to do everything on my phone is very timely and don't always work for me. Guess I will have to go back to the old and use the mail.

Alyssa was very helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions and called me back after she researched some of my questions. She helped me find the coverage options that best fit my needs.

I am very satisfied with the service I have received. Brian has been very competent, fast, and I have always counted on his help. I came from Geico, I left them because things went very badly with them, so my expectations when I came to Allstate with Brian were low, but it was great to realize that I had made the decision. Thanks to Brian and his team.
