I typically would not write a review, but after getting off the phone with Brendan Casper and being treated like I was a bother, I decided that others should know about this particular agency. He was very unprofessional. He asked me why I was leaving their agency and after I started to explain, he talked over me, not allowing me to say too much. Great service
We have had many insurance agents but none like Brendan Casper. I sought him out for a homeowners policy and he earned all of our business. He was is so hands on and professional. He meticulously followed up and assisted with patiently answering my many questions. We bundled and saved and it was great to have him on point as our MAIN insurance agent. Working with Brendan was so easy and he will not disappoint. Call him and watch him put others to shame with his knowledge and his work ethic.
