This is my third year with Allstate. The office personnel at Roberts Allstate agency are very cordial and empathetic. Clear explanations of what is covered. Not pushy or in a hurry. As a customer, I am always looking for maximum protection for the most economical price. Insurance, by nature, is a tradeoff between those two factors. Allstate is a very professional, yet personable insurance company to deal with for me. Maria was very courteous and kind and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.
