An insurance agent is supposed to help their clients, Bradley's office failed to do that. Annual renewal for homeowners insurance doubled to more than $6,000. Called Bradley's office to see if there was anything that can be done to lower the renewal rate and was told no. Specifically told by Teresa there were no options. Went on Allstate's web site, quoted a new homeowners policy and low and behold it was less than half of the renewal rate. I needed new insurance and was told by our previous insurer that we wouldn't be able to find anything cheaper. Well we did! The staff was amazing to work with and answered all of my questions. So easy and saved us a bunch of money!
I have nothing to say about the office, I don't even know it now, the insurance is the worst insurance that exists if you want to live a true nightmare, as a contract with them they have the worst customer service, no one knows what they are doing with the policies. They change the contracts at will, they tell you a price, you end up paying a lot more, I started paying 200 dollars for two cars and ended up with a policy of 495 for a single car, crazy stuff and none of the many agents I spoke to know how to give me an explana... read more
We have had Allstate and this agent since 2007. We just cancelled. Allstate claims they have agents helping you, but in reality they give you a phone number to call to handle it yourself. My husband and I have had to climb on our roof and circle hail damage with sidewalk chalk the two times we had bad hail storms and another time when our skylights were leaking from snow.
