I have been insured through Braden Palmer Insurance for my home for 5 years and it took them until last week to fix an ongoing problem for the 4th year in a row. They forgot to mark my insurance as an impound account this way the mortgage company pays the homeowners insurance company directly and year after year I would ask them to fix this, they would say they did, but this year the insurance got canceled because of their incompetence by not fixing the problem.
