I inquired about an insurance quote online and Cason delivered beyond what I expected. Cason was professional and stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process. Once you think you are finished because you are officially insured, nope, Jenny called me from the office to check on how things are going and ensured that everything was okay. I appreciate the support that I received with obtaining affordable insurance through Allstate.

My grandmother's home had been covered under this agency for the past 18 years. Recently, there was an issue where the policy needed to be updated due to her death. Since May 9th, I've been waiting for resolution of coverage. I was told flat out by the 800 number that the past year policy was void due to her death date.
