Bobby Showers, my Allstate representative is fantastic! He and Sandy are always available to answer my questions. Both are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I've been an Allstate customer for over 30 years and they have taken wonderful care of me and my family!!
Jeanette from their customer service department was not helpful over the chat at all. I asked her a simple question about if the Economic Plan was only applicable for certain cars or does it work for every model, and she would not give me an answer and kept giving me a response like "We don't know what kind of car you have" and then she ended the chat.
