ZERO stars for this establishment. This place only takes drop off payments. They are closed. Empty suite; no furniture. There is no lettering on the windows that states Allstate Insurance nor does it state business hours. Don’t waste your time going here.
This is the ABSOLUTE WORST insurance agency ever!!! They will refuse to honor their responsibilities of taking care of insurance claims against their drivers, I filed a claim for an accident I was involved in, that CLEARLY places their driver at fault, have video evidence, but because the only witness that saw the accident wouldn’t return their call, (because his employer said he shouldn’t get involved) also where the video came from, they denied coverage because their driver LIED and said he wasn’t at fault.
