I’ll keep it short and sweet. Terrible customer service. Randomly raised our rates. Double billed us the first year which took forever to get reimbursed. Blaine Davis didn’t give two S#!ts about us canceling. And the best part, he went home early on a Friday so I had to call corporate to cancel my insurance.
