I’m terribly sorry I have to give a star at all. This agency has been billing me premiums for a car they know is totaled for months. Then they have the audacity to ask me to modify my plan on a car for which I no longer own for higher premiums. Thanks Billy, but no thanks. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
