I had a problem and they were quick to fix it !
I canceled my policy back in MAY, and was still charged for JUNE & JULY! I’m glad I switched to USAA but I’m very upset about Allstate still taking my money like I didn’t call and cancel my policy!! Flushing money I don’t have down the drain. I wish I remembered who I spoke with on the phone, they didn’t cancel my policy AT ALL! Just wasted my time and breath on the phone and continued taking my money! Never will I use Allstate (billingsly) again !
