Very bad service. They don’t know how to do their job correctly AT ALL. They call you Multiple times to try and get their facts straight when it’s completely unnecessary and a waste of your time. Seems every time they call they want more money as well and they raise your rates without telling you. Used to be a five star experience. Started having some money troubles recently and had a past due payment due and paid it on my pay day. As I told them I would. But my next payment was due 3 days ago. They called saying that if I didn’t pay the current bill I’d be cancelled. I told them I have no money right now (just paid my mortgage) and I can pay next week on my payday. They weren’t ok with that. Been with them since 2012 when I was on my mom’s insurance. The absolute worse insurance ever. Never believe there quote. And if you cancel then. They will continue to take money from your about. They should not be in business.

I originally came to these guys because I was quoted a better deal than the place I was at the time. That was not the case. They slipped in renters insurance on top of auto and ended up paying more. Was on auto pay and did not catch it until months down the road.
