Overall, I've been disappointed with the service and responsiveness of the Bebout agency. I added a new driver to our policy and, over the next month, was informed they would offer some additional options before adding my new driver. I called about once per week since I hadn't heard back and sent an email and would either not hear back or be promised a callback that didn't occur. ALLSTATE DID MY FAMILY REALLY DIRTY AND IM NOT HAPPY WITH THERE SCAMS AND LIES TO COSTOMERS . IM CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A MORE BETTER HONEST COMPANY AND WOULD NEVER GO BACK HERE OR RECOMMEND THEM TO FAMILY OR FRIENDS.👎👎👎👎👎
