Good insurance company, friendly and ALWAYS answers that's phone!
I am very unsatisfied with Bernard. I am moving, and called to get a quote on a new homeowners insurance policy. I was quoted $275 per month. After providing my payment information, I was charged $325. I called and spoke to three different people including Bernard, asking for an explanation for this discrepancy, and no satisfactory answers were forthcoming.
