I had two accident, one minor , the other one is pretty bad. I filed two claims. The claim process is very smooth and everything can be done on the allstate app. The initial inspection is done virtually. and I got a check for it. While the car is in the repair shop which works directly with allstate for the supplementals. All is handled professional, and i was not involved. It took about 2 weeks to settle all the repair cost. I paid two deductibles. all in all , it is a very good experience.
I have been using Benny Cartlidge for just about 25 years, even when I moved from Southlake. They provide great service and it seems they always make it work. Benny is always on his game and a pleasure to work with. I check pricing with major renewals, but Benny is always lowest.
We have been with our Allstate agent Benny Cartilage since the 90’s. Great agent! He and his team have always been there for us.
