Right on point . No wait no flem flam , confusion , nothing . Everything u want on a brief important phone call .
I usually have a great experience at this location however in my time of need a lady answered the phone and was not helpful at all! I am disgusted in how she spoke to me as if i was a child. I have never in my 11 years of being with this office have ever been made to feel in such a way. Im am honestly sadden on top of already being stressed out. Once my situation is solved, which she didnt want any part, i will seek insurance for my home and car elsewhere.
They should get Wendell to come back. The service was better. He cared about.good customer service. He did follow-ups. I'm a 30 plus year customer and very disappointed ..
