I was very impressed with the excellent service I received from Christi Williams. She was very thorough in explaining every part of the homeowners, automobile, and motorcycle coverages. She was flexible with obtaining different scenarios on my insurance policies. She was very friendly and easy to talk to and it was a pleasure doing business with her. Our home was struck by lightning on May 15, 2026, 10:30 p.m. We had watched the 10:00 news, weather & fell asleep during sports. A very loud explosion occurred & broken glass from fireplace doors everywhere. Some in our skin & some imbedded into the sheetrock behind our heads. Had we been awake, we may be blind today.
