This review is long overdue. Ben is the best. Stays involved with the claim until it is settled. Responds to all calls and works hard to resolve the problem. Been with him 41 years and have been nothing but satisfied with his performance. Not sure if this is where I should post this, but Hannah and Adrian in the Chicago claims office are excellent as well.

I love it here I always get my questions answered when I need to and more. The communication is really great and the staff is great and Ben really does care how he treats and cares for the customer
