I don’t know how this guy stays in business. He’s never around and could care less about his clients. Was handed a book from his in laws who were great agents and has made my Allstate experience awful. He has no idea what is going on and could care less as long he is getting my autopay. I’m not sure I’ve ever even talked to him or gotten a response from him over the years. My last claim I had another Allstate agent willingly help me out. I tried to switch over to her but Allstate won’t let you switch agents.
Barry is the best. Very professional and helpful . He took time to guide us thru a situation we had with a competitor. We highly recommend him. Thank you Barry for your help.
