Hard to communicate with when they don't answer or call you back.
This Allstate agency doesn't ever pick up their phone. Every time I need to get ahold of someone I have to call AT LEAST twice, no matter what time it is. The last few times it was time to receive my new cards I had to get ahold of THEM to send them to me. I never received any in the mail, only the ones they emailed me and I had to print out.
