Mt agent At SILVA & Associates told me that my premium would decrease due to a new roof and HVAC system. Then she called me back two days later to let me know that my premium had increased and not decreased. I was eating at the time so I asked her to call me back to explain the increase but she never did .Since then I have called the agency twice and even sent an email to their office and still no replies. Today I changed agents.

Carrie seems to always goes out of her way to help me when I needed it. Very friendly staff and helpful, Who needs Mayhem when you have her behind you. Oh ya please get some dum-dum's for the door there the yummiest LOL
