My family have used Allstate and Armando has been our agent for years. I bought a vehicle and went in to insure it with his office. The staff there checked all documents and helped me add it to my existing policy. Unfortunately I was in a car wreck and my vehicle was totaled a year later where it was denied, leaving me bearing the entire cost of the vehicle and my medical expenses. I recently lost my mother and had to change things over into my name. From the start, Armando Najera’s team have always been helpful, kind, and compassionate, while trying to navigate a solution to a concern I had. Specifically, Victoria and Christina - these two ladies are awesome. Victoria communicated with me thru phone and text, easing my mind and making sure my inquiry was being taken care of. I had to change agents this allstate branch unfortunately was not helpful and didnt even put me on specific policies I had asked for. I am now saving more money through a different agent who is awesome. I would not recommend this location whatsoever.

Armando is amazing to work with. I highly recommend getting insurance with him. He is extremely informative and helpful!
