I recently lost my mother and had to change things over into my name. From the start, Armando Najera’s team have always been helpful, kind, and compassionate, while trying to navigate a solution to a concern I had. Specifically, Victoria and Christina - these two ladies are awesome. Victoria communicated with me thru phone and text, easing my mind and making sure my inquiry was being taken care of. I had to change agents this allstate branch unfortunately was not helpful and didnt even put me on specific policies I had asked for. I am now saving more money through a different agent who is awesome. I would not recommend this location whatsoever.
Armando is amazing to work with. I highly recommend getting insurance with him. He is extremely informative and helpful!
Don’t bother with this guy he won’t fight for you if you need help and refuses to call back. Is predatory to older clients.
