I've been a customer with allstate for a few years now, I walked in to cancel my insurance because I was very upset about a situation with my policy but come to my surprise I was helped and left more buoyant then ever. I've never been more satisfied with the service until recently because of the new staff, a particular one the agency brought back ... Can’t describe the words on how amazing Joanna was and still is; first impression was highly satisfied; she was able to meet all my needs and assisted me in a timely matter; whenever I need her, she’s there to assist me !
