The quality of communication and customer service from the April Hamby Crabtree insurance agency has gone downhill considerably over the last year or so. They cancelled my insurance without notice on the beginning of this month (August). I have automatic payments made via the website. If there was a technical miscommunication between the payment account and the policy, common customer service should have included a courtesy notice by email/phone/mail. Had a good policy and pricing until this month. They update my plan this month and increased my payment by 30 dollars a month for no reason other than “ we had a rate increase in December”. I got my policy at the end of December so I don’t know what that had to do with anything. Associate on the phone wasn’t very helpful or polite and didn’t nothing to try and keep my service.
