On 2/25/25 at 3:23, I received a call from Cindi Rivera, who presented herself as a representative of an Allstate agency but did not disclose that she was a sales agent, not a claims adjuster. She requested my statement about an accident involving one of her customers who hit my vehicle and asked me to email her video evidence of the incident.
