Anita and her assistant Lindsey are shockingly incompetent and unprofessional. When I switched agents and finally started getting normal customer service I realized that Anita is a total lemon. She is incapable of sending emails or returning calls, and more than once I was told to come in and wait for service. Avoid this business
I find Ms Avila to be very ambitious. She has a strong team. Wish her the best on her future.
Allstate is awesome!! Avila Agent's not so much!! Very unprofessional and unpleasant to work with.. Finally had enough and changed agents. You're in good hands with Allstate..just not with the Avila Agency!
