Poor costumer service.
Angela makes herself always available and can be trusted to provide the complete picture. I’ve found her proactive, knowledgeable and personable. Willing to meet in person at her office and or take, and or return a call, or email anytime. We have utilized and benefited from her expertise across the entire bundle of services including home, auto and umbrella coverage. She has been our go to and now the agent of preference for our 3 adult children as well
Very poor customer service. I was treated with no respect and I felt discrimination. She doesn’t want to help in any way. I was there helping a friend with his insurance matter.
