My mother had been a loyal client with this agent since 1978. She passed away in 2023. I paid the insurance bill for the rest of 2023 and my brother paid the policy in 2024. My brother died unexpectedly on January 20,2025. I called the office to inform them of his pasing. Therefore, the home is not occupied at this time. I received a call today from the agent stating that the home will no longer be insured by Allstate after March 8th. An "insurance company" (agent) rip off. They raised my premium by over 110.00/mo with no explanation.!!!!!!!!!!! Insurance company cannot legally raise your rates without notifying you!
