Mailed me an advertisement stating my estimated annual premium for homeowners insurance would be $1097 (see photo). In reality, the actual annual premium turned out to be $2410! (see photo) His letter also claimed he had a Google reviews rating of 5.0. It is actually 4.7 and may go down as people react to his misleading mailing.

I have been a loyal Allstate customer for years. Recently I moved from Idaho to Washington. When I went to update my auto insurance - I was quoted double the rate from what I had been paying. When I questioned the difference, the explanation made absolutely no sense. So very disappointed with this situation. I am, sadly, now having to look for a new insurance agent.
The people here are very knowledgeable and helpful.
