An office error was made that canceled our automatic payments for our home insurance. They started charging our title company for our payments, then sent notices for non payment to the wrong address(our old ho.e that we lived in before even using Allstate). When they did not get a response, they canceled our policy and sent it to collections, which did come to the correct address. We had to pay back payments to get it out of collections, open a brand new policy, and pay a double payment for the new policy. It's been a nightm... read more
