I have been a loyal Allstate customer for years. Recently I moved from Idaho to Washington. When I went to update my auto insurance - I was quoted double the rate from what I had been paying. When I questioned the difference, the explanation made absolutely no sense. So very disappointed with this situation. I am, sadly, now having to look for a new insurance agent.
The people here are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Kayla Harris was a ROCKSTAR! I was with the MileWise plan and ran into an issue, and she helped me out, even calling the 800 number for me to work through the issue. She was so kind and very helpful, I honestly won’t forget this level of service.
I spoke with Aurora twice today regarding my home, auto and liabilities coverage. She was so great!! She spent alot if time going over my insurance needs and covered lots of information and options I needed to have. I would highly recommend her!!
