Bill Chumney must be turning in his grave. What once was a stellar agency is now an amazing disgrace. When I call Powell’s agency, seldom to never does anyone answer the phone. If the phone is answered they do not assist you. They tell you how busy they are and insist they can only take a message. They tell you they will call you back. This NEVER occurs. Horrible! My fiancé had coverage with them for years and not only were they OVER CHARGING FOR COVERAGE but after switching to new insurance with State Farm which by the way was $200 cheaper than what they charged him for with the same coverage they also made it to where his license an registration became blocked because of paper work they have not received after being faxed an emailed 5 different times! They take there time on things and take forever to respond if they even respond! We will never do business with ALLSTATE AG... read more
