Not responsive. They don't pick up the phone and when you do get them on the line, they don't know how to turn on computers and just seem incompetent.

It is easier to get hold of the Pope than it is to get in touch with an agent or trying to get them to call you back.
I’ve had to reach out to them multiple times over the course of a month to get what I need and my policy was still messed up. I switched agents immediately.
