Horrible business practice. Never recieved a call or notice that our homeowners was going from $2,400.00 to $4,900.00. The first increase we had last year came as a suprise and now it's jumped to $4,900.00. Do not use this All State facility unless your seeking subpar performance.
Totally awesome... professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Kwania is very pleasant, took the time to try and find what would work best for me.
I highly recommend Andre Jett and his talented group of professionals at Allstate. They recently did me a favor with a policy that they didn’t need to do, but their DNA is customer service and support, and it shines through. Working with Jessica was a great experience!
