I've had more problems with them then Ive ever had with an agency in the 52 years of driving putting your credit card on file is a license to steal ! Smart mouth uneducated staff .

Really hard to get hold of someone, or for them to call you back when you leave a voicemail. I tried all methods to communicate with them because I work until late and they didn’t even replied to my emails. Good insurance but bad customer service!
