I have been an Allstate customer in the state of Hawaii for 17 years and have had a flawless experience. Having recently purchased a home in Washington state I chose to use Allstate again for my home insurance. This time through the office of Amy Jensen. Terrible experience. This branch has always been amazing! Corporate Allstate however; Trusted Allstate and purchased a plan for our home and vehicles. Denied coverage for over $65000 worth of damage to our home. Extremely frustrating and upsetting right before winter. No discussions no considerations or appeals just straight denial within 4 days of reporting. This was also 10 months after reporting previous concerns where an adjuster was not even sent out. I’ve never had an insurance that went up in price so many times in such a short period (with no claims to make it go up!). Also good luck getting ahold of anyone here. They will not get back to you and will not respond to emails. Please use a different insurance!
