I have been a loyal customer to this agency for my entire driving career and I’m in my mid 30s. I have made 2 minimal claims(windshield and deer) and have one ticket for failure to make a complete stop in 2007. I requested that my insurance numbers be reviewed for my driver and rental insurance. Great service! Communication is frequent enough, but not too frequent. App is easy to use, as is the website. Coverage and rewards are fair. Customer service is great also - whenever I have questions, I get responses right away.
Everything went smoothly.
I like just about everything about Allstate the only problem I'm having is that my drivewise isn't working
