I called regarding a renter's insurance policy and the first agent i spoke to was helpful and said she would send me the quote via email, she didn't. i called back to ask them to resend it and spoke to someone else who was belligerently yelling and talking over me saying they would never offer the proposed policy then hung up on me. Don't waste your time.
