Horrible customer service. This isn’t the first poor interaction we’ve had with her but it is the last as we’ve switched agents as she suggested. I’ve never had an insurance agent refuse to help with a claim (or refer to the minimal effort they put in by forwarding my emails but not telling me they did so as a “courtesy”), not respond to open ended emails, or make policy changes we didn’t ask for until working with Ami.
