My agent and her team are very easy to get along with and are quite knowledgeable about the insurance industry. They always eager to help and will check in in me from time to time if I hadn't needed anything for a while. I have had nothing but amazing service from Amanda and Jordan. Amanda technically isn’t even my agent yet, as I’m in the process of transferring Allstate agents, but the team here has gone above and beyond regardless on multiple occasions. Today when I was in a pinch with my apartment complex, I called 5 minutes before Amanda’s office closed (🙈) and they were super efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly while accommodating what I needed. This is the Allstate office to use in Kansas City!
