With alstate since 1986,never filed claim,2024 my house burned down and alstate kept stalling,this year i finally was denied payment of insurance,they finally found a way to get around paying,there is a book about alstate Deny,DELY DEFEND they will look for any way to screw you,alstate is a for profit organization,criminals in my book, no interest in helping anyone,you are not in good hands!!!! And definitely not a good neighbor .i will no longer insure any of my properties instead i will put money in bank , take my chances,... read more

Staff is knowledgeable. Excellent customer service and very good client communication. Down side is that Allstate is the only carrier they represent, however, so far the rates have been very competitive.
My roof flooded. Once reported, the issues were addressed quickly. The restoration contractor arrived almost immediately to begin the drying out process. The adjuster visited and clearly explained the what, why, and how of everything. I’m very pleased with the process and the results.
