Worst Costumer Service EVER!!! How he can still open?
They don’t have any skill for customers service, so rude!!
This is by far the worst insurance agency I have ever dealt with. I tried to make a simple change to my policy and when I called this office they transferred me to a cable and internet company. When I called back they said that he was not able to help me and that he would call me back. Never got a call back. Extremely rude and was practically yelling at me. Do not do business with Alex!!!!!
Spoke to alex briefly, apparently was given the wrong number, but boy was it an experience talking to this guy. Absolutely 0 courtesy, 0 levels of respect and professionality, and 0 empathy. "If you're not a customer I don't care about you." Write that one down before you speak to him.
