Nathan is rude and insanely arrogant and I will never do business with this agency. I asked to speak with his supervisor and he quizzed about why, then left me on hold and transferred me to his voice mail. UNBELIEVABLE
Some of the best service I've experienced from an insurance company. The service from Angelina and Alex have been exceptional. From quick responses when reaching out to great explanations of benefits and available options for my vehicle and home needs, they've given me confidence knowing I'm covered in all circumstances. Can't thank their team enough and definitely worth checking out even if it's just for a quote.
I tried to have them cancel me and they would not. Allstate is the worst insurance to have out here.
Its been more than an year I am insured through this Allstate agency. I must say I am delighted about the service and support I received from the agents.
