Didnt return calls, would not quote me after several attempts to contact...and many years of service. I have theories why, none are professional unfortunately. Avoid like the plague, will never return. They were used for home and auto for 5+ years for reference and within the last 2 years their office became a joke.
As a former professional mystery shopper/business analyst I would Not recommend this particular agency.

I dropped off policy from State Farm for Albert to review. I was just asking for an estimate to switch to Allstate. After calling several times to inquire about policy estimate, I never received one. Over a month has passed and still have not heard anything from Albert or his office. Very disappointed and very unprofessional.
If you have an “actual cash value” policy with them, and are in Michigan, cancel it right away! I had a policy for $455,000 ACV and Allstate paid out in the $200k range after my house burned down (not of my own fault). In Michigan, there is something called broad evidence that allows Allstate to pick any number to payout, regardless if you’ve been paying premiums for a higher amount, like I did for over a decade, never missing a payment.
