Full disclosure: I’m getting help writing this due to a medical issue. But these are my thoughts. Rude, dismissive & incredibly disrespectful. Agreed with L. Roosa's review. The Helen person who's name he isn't certain of but is speaking of is more likely Debbie. She is & has been rude and unprofessional and has threatened to hang up on me twice. She definitely overtalks people and doesn't do her job or know much about the insurance business.
