The Worst! Continues to renew my policies long after I canceled and there is no way to reach this office. Phone goes directly to voicemail and mailbox is perpetually full. This agency is a major blemish on Allstate's reputation, yet they seem oblivious to how bad it has become. Stay away!
Called and emailed for a month. Never got through. I gave up and switched all my policys to a different agency. Now I can not cancel so I am double insured. High recommend going anywhere else. I want to do 0 stars but it wont let me
The worst. Must have shut down. Mailbox full,no email response....Have not been able to contact them in 6 months. I use another office in livonia to take care of my policy.
