I purchased insurance about a year and a half ago I canceled my insurance the following next month because when I purchased it, it was 180 a month the next month it was 280 so I went into the office sign papers to close out the account at least I thought I did cause I signed papers and they still be on me for a whole year and now my credit is messed up. Crooks. To start off a policy in buying a new car for my self. We'll when office staff foul up the whole policy. And this is after paying almost 200. So canceled this trans action. Get told 7 to 10 days for refund. We'll I'm in 11th day and being told it was not going to start to be processed until the cancelation date right b4 the activation of policy We'll that is now going to have me out almost 200 for almost 3 weeks. Poor staff actions have me out this money while trying to pay bills let alone e groceries. Yall watch you... read more
