Prices were outrageous for bare minimum coverage. Price went up each renewal even without accident or tickets on my record for auto, home and motorcycle even after being loyal customer for 9 years. Also I put 7 requests in to remove my nephew from my insurance as he is stationed in California and not one request went through. Overall impression of the company is lazy.

My policy was canceled on the 1st of April. I canceled my policy on time, but due to the error on the part of YOUR customer service representative, my policy didn't cancel until April 4th, generating a bill for $31.06. I think it is bad business practice to charge your clients when the client did everything correctly, and the error was on the part of Allstate. Dropped by this Allstate office (not my own agents) as it is very near my home to make a payment. The ladies were bery pleasant and helped me get in and out in minutes. Convenient location at Gen Booth Blvd and Dam Neck Rd in VB.
