HORRIBLE! Just horrible. Absolute worst experience with allstate. Prices are extremely high. Whenever I had an issue, I was constantly directed to customer service instead of actually getting help directly from them. On top of that, the women i spoke it to is extremely rude, dismissive and unprofessional. Overall experience was extremely frustrating! I dont recommend at all👎🏽
Left Allstate because the rates were too high - staying away (and recommending YOU stay away) because the customer service was so bad.
Hello, I would like to express my concern regarding my experience with policy cancellations and refund processing. I have had a very frustrating experience. Refunds are not processed correctly, and when I call for assistance, I am transferred from one agent to another. In the end, I am told that they will try to locate the issue, but the system shows no information. Juanita was very rude and disrespectful. I called to get a quote and she hang up on me. When I called back she didn't pick up,but called me just to hang up on me again. Childish and unprofessional.
