Refunds are not processed correctly, and when I call for assistance, I am transferred from one agent to another. In the end, I am told that they will try to locate the issue, but the system shows no information. Juanita was very rude and disrespectful. I called to get a quote and she hang up on me. When I called back she didn't pick up,but called me just to hang up on me again. Childish and unprofessional.
