I've been with Allstate over 30 years with only 2 small claims (under $1,000) They refused to pay for my roof when I had hail damage, when my mom died-I missed a payment on my auto policy and my policy lapsed. They refused to re-activate with good customer discount and I was forced to eliminate all coverage except Illinois mandated liability at the lowest rate.
