An insurance agent that pays attention
I had a terrible experience with this office. Allstate charged me for an auto and renters policy. A month later I received a letter from the DMV requesting proof of insurance and I immediately contacted their office. The woman who answered the phone told me the documents had not been signed. I had e-signed the documents that were sent to me but apparently that was just for the renter's insurance and had no idea there were outstanding documents for my auto. No one had ever contacted me. I was treated so poorly by this office. I would NEVER recommend them to even my worse enemy. Awful service
